1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using AEO Studio, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. What AEO Studio does
AEO Studio measures and estimates how AI answer engines represent your brand and provides recommendations to improve your visibility. Results are estimates and provided for informational purposes only. AI engines change constantly and their outputs vary, so we do not guarantee any specific ranking, mention, citation, or “#1 in AI answers” outcome.
3. Your account
You must provide a valid, non-disposable email and are responsible for activity under your account. Keep your login secure. We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the service.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to: attempt to bypass rate limits or usage quotas, run automated or bulk scanning beyond your plan, reverse-engineer or disrupt the service, or resell access without our permission.
5. Plans, quotas and payments
The Free plan includes a set number of scans per month, which reset monthly. Pro is billed through Razorpay according to the plan you select and renews automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime and keep access until the end of the current billing period.
6. Refunds
No refunds. All Pro plan charges are final and non-refundable. You can cancel anytime and retain access until the end of your current billing period. This no-refund policy is displayed before you complete any purchase so you can make an informed decision.
7. Intellectual property
We own the service, its software and content. You retain ownership of the data you input and the results generated for you.
8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
9. Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
