1. Who we are

2. Information we collect

• Account information: your email address and authentication identifiers, handled through Firebase Authentication (including Google sign-in if you choose it).
• Usage information: the brands and queries you scan, and your scan history and results, stored in our database (Firestore).
• Payment information: processed by Razorpay. We never receive or store your full card number.
• Technical information: IP address, device and browser details, and cookies used for keeping you signed in and preventing abuse.

3. How we use your information

To provide and improve the service, run and store your scans, keep your account secure, prevent fraud and abuse of free limits, process payments, and communicate with you about your account.

4. How we share information

We share data only with the providers that run the service: Google Firebase (authentication and database hosting), Razorpay (payment processing), and the AI/LLM providers we query to generate your results. We do not sell your personal data, and we don't share it for third-party advertising.

5. Cookies

We use a secure, httpOnly session cookie to keep you logged in, plus minimal cookies for abuse prevention. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.

6. Data retention

We keep your account and scan data while your account is active. You can delete your account at any time; when you do, we remove your personal data from our active systems promptly, except where we must keep limited records for legal or accounting reasons. After deletion, your email is held for 30 days to prevent abuse of free-tier benefits.

7. Your rights

You can access, correct, export or delete your personal data. Email gigasonet.contact@gmail.com to make a request. EU/UK users have rights under GDPR; India users have rights under the DPDP Act.

8. Security

We protect your data with encryption in transit, secure authentication, server-side authorization checks, rate limiting, and disposable-email blocking. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.

9. Children

AEO Studio is not directed to anyone under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We'll change the “last updated” date above and, for material changes, notify you.
